CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS 

Custom items, like hand-painted tote bags, require time to create from scratch and lead times start at 6-8 weeks, depending on my waitlist and existing projects at the time. When you place your custom order, I will reach out to let you know the timeframe you can expect your order to be completed. 

 

NON-CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

All non-customized products will ship within 5 business days of ordering. 

 

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalized products will ship within 10-15 business days of order.
